In the fourth quarter of 2024, the hack and slash genre on the iOS platform in Australia showcased diverse performance trends among the top five applications. Based on Sensor Tower data, here’s a look at how these games fared.

Zenless Zone Zero from COGNOSPHERE PTE. LTD. saw a significant spike in weekly revenue mid-December, peaking at approximately $77K. Weekly downloads fluctuated, with a notable increase to 1.7K in the week of December 16. Active users also increased towards the end of the quarter, reaching around 542 in mid-December.

Solo Leveling:Arise by Netmarble Corporation experienced varied revenue trends, with a peak of about $11K in late November. The app's weekly downloads were relatively steady, culminating at 1.1K during the week of December 23. Active user numbers showed a slight decline initially but rebounded to over 4.3K by the end of December.

Hades - NETFLIX maintained a steady number of active users, starting at 3.9K and ending the quarter at over 5.2K. Although revenue remained minimal, downloads increased gradually, reaching a peak of 595 in the week of December 23.

MARVEL Future Fight, another title from Netmarble Corporation, saw a peak in revenue of approximately $16K in late November. Downloads were modest, with a gradual increase to 249 in early December. Active users remained steady, hovering around 2.4K throughout the quarter.

Finally, Shadow Hunter: Offline Games from ENIGMA SOFTWARE JOINT STOCK COMPANY showed stable active user numbers, ending the quarter at 2.7K. Revenue peaked at around $1.1K in late November, while downloads gradually increased, reaching 192 by the end of December.
